We would like to welcome our new Cumberland Valley Diving Coach Meagan Tuohy. Coach Meagan is a 2024 graduate of Liberty University @libertydiveswim where she was a 4 year member of the Flames Swimming and Diving Team.
Coach Meagan is looking forward to working with all of our CV Divers

2024 Try-Out Dates: November 11,12,13 for any new swimmer at the CV Natatorium @ 3:30pm
Minimum “Expectations” to be on the Varsity Team at the High School level include the following:
✔️ 500 freestyle under 7:00
✔️ Swim 100 yards of each stroke
✔️ Complete a 200 IM under 3:00
✔️ Commit to being on a varsity team
📣 55 swimmers/divers on the team total.
